Oolong tea leaves

Hot, traditional method: 5 to 7 grams of loose leaf, 10 to 12 ounces of 195F water, 3 minutes. Lift the leaves, sip, and re-steep. Good for 3 or more infusions. Hot, simple method: Fill one of the included natural empty tea bags with loose leaf, steep 3 minutes at 195F, lift the bag. Re-steep 2 more times. Cold brew: 8 to 10 grams of loose leaf, or 2 filled natural empty tea bags, per liter of cold water. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. Pour over ice.
